Handmade wheel thrown and sculpted, this Garlic Roaster is one of a kind. The unglazed dome makes for hotter temperatures. The glazed base makes for shorter baking times and retains juices.
Baking whole garlic tempers its pungency and brings out its sweeter, nuttier flavors. The longer you cook the garlic, the more delicate its flavor. Roasted garlic is great added to your pastas, salads or pizza. Spread on crackers or Italian bread.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel away outer layers of garlic skin, leaving the skins of the individual cloves intact. Cut 1/4” off the top of cloves exposing individual cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30-35 min or until cloves feel soft when pressed.
