Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24-36hrs. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firestonepotterygallery@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return Policy: We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship, and hope you love your handmade pottery pieces for many, many years. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your pottery purchase, we do accept returns under the following parameters. If you have questions, please email us at firestonepotterygallery@gmail.com.
• We offer store credit only for returns; no refunds
• Returns must be brought to our store or mailed back to us within 10 days of the date it was delivered to you
• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, email order confirmation)
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• All personalized pottery is made to order, and is non-returnable and non-refundable
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions
• Any items that are damaged from use are not returnable. All items must be returned in original condition.
OUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE: We are happy to replace items that were damaged in shipping with the following parameters:
1. Please email us at firestonepotterygallery@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your damaged order so we can initiate your replacement
2. Take photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the box and packaging, and email them to us at firestonepotterygallery@gmail.com
NOTE: Firestone Pottery is not responsible for any damage that occurs from return shipping. We strongly encourage you to pack return items very well. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
